Beginner barre
Barre is a low-impact style of training that blends elements of ballet, yoga and Pilates.

Pilates Mat-based
Pilates class focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups, strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will be taught using slow, controlled movements.

This class incorporates yoga postures, gentle movement sequences, breath work, supported silent meditation, and guided relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body, and quieting of the nervous system.

A Barre Fusion class is a workout done at the ballet barre formatted to be heart pumping. This workout is designed to increase your cardiovascular strength while helping you to tone, sculpt, and lengthen your muscles from head to toe

Meditation & Reiki
A class designed to take your busy workday mind into relaxation and peace, with minimal movement while focusing
on posture and breathing.

50 + Fitness
This class is a combination of strength training and basic movements to improve balance and flexibility. The class is designed for those that prefer a workout without the added impact to joints. A portion includes simple aerobic movements. No previous experience required
